the hotel breakfast could use a serious overhaul, just abysmal. the carpets are absolutely in need of replacement, absolutely grungy. and for a place claiming such grandeur, don't expect any complimentary gestures—definitely feels like I'm just another number. I almost considered giving a good review, but just couldn’t with these glaring issues around.

Just a solid selection for a fleeting pause in Medina with best value for money ratio. The room had an incredible ambiance with a spectacular view of the Haram that made my stay more special. Pack your own coffee pods for the in-room Nespresso machine to avoid disappointment.

Location right by the Haram is incredible. I could pop out for prayers anytime. Plus, the staff were so welcoming, really made me feel at home! Brekkie was a proper treat, with fresh fruits and loads of options, light years ahead of any other places I’ve been to.

Just wish housekeeping was a bit quicker. had to wait a while for my room to be tidied up.

The carpets in the room didn’t fit the hotel’s upscale vibe and felt more suited for an apartment. Breakfast options lacked variety and freshness. coffee tasted burnt and sour. Ordering room service proved disappointing, especially the biryani which was far from authentic. there were several disturbances like late delivery of the complimentary fruit basket and unexpected checks during odd hours that interrupted rest.
